this is called pumpkin christmas bread, but i’m making it for thanksgiving. sue me.

it turned out well— i’ll probably put more pumpkin and toasted pecans in the next time that i make it just so it’s a bit more pumpkin-y, and i’ll let it sit properly before i cut it so that it doesn’t crumble. it’s not fancy or unique, but it’s tasty, and that’s all that matters.
